Responsibilities:
- Administer Salesforce.com and other applicable tools and technology that interface with Salesforce, or otherwise assist our Enterprise sales team (e.g. Yesware, LinkedIn Navigator)
- Monitor the sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data
- Build, implement and enhance reports and dashboards within Salesforce ensuring sales representatives and company leadership have access all data necessary to perform and manage business successfully and efficiently
- Implement and maintain sales acceleration tools for sales representatives and develop instructional documentation for Salesforce and sales tools that interface with Salesforce
- Train new and existing users on how to use Salesforce and other tools
- Assist B2B Marketing team with connectivity in Salesforce and collaborate with Pardot administrator on all marketing automation requests and maintenance in Salesforce
- Assist sales leadership and finance team with general sales operations workflows such as commission calculations, forecasting, territory allocation, lead source tracking, and quota assignment and management.
- Manage the contract entry process into Salesforce and assist finance team with billing automation requests
- Track and analyze key business metrics including pipeline growth, market assessment, win/loss rates, conversions and rep quota attainment
- Create content as needed for executive presentations and board reporting
- Manage the preparation with sales representatives, leadership and other internal stakeholders for Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and responses.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience planning, implementing, and optimizing operational systems and processes, supported with tangible examples
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator Credential (ADM-211)
- Experience with SalesForce.com (CRM) as the systems administrator, demonstrating technical aptitude in maintaining and evolving our SFDC instance with our Salesforce Developer
- Prior experience in sales operations within a fast growing technology company preferred, including working with RFPs, modern sales tools and technology and marketing automation software like Pardot and/or Marketo
- Must be data driven and possess strong analytical, verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstration professionalism and confidentiality when necessary, with the ability to work with all levels of management spanning across multiple teams at the company
