How You’ll Make a Difference
You will be playing a critical role in the training and development of our sales team as we work to hit Klaviyo’s revenue targets.
You will learn the ins-and-outs of the Klaviyo product, creating training resources and exercises that are designed to enable our team to sell confidently. Through self-guided research, you’ll become well-versed in industry best practices, benchmarks, use cases, and competitive intelligence.
You’ll sit on the sales floor, listening to calls, understanding wins and losses, documenting common objections, and keeping a pulse on how the team can be better at positioning Klaviyo products. You’ll be part of the Sales Enablement Team, reporting directly to the Manager of Sales Enablement.
- Work cross functionality within Klaviyo: Partner with product owners and builders across the organization, including members of the Product, Product Marketing, Deliverability & Compliance, Customer Growth, and Customer Success teams. You will also work closely with the Sales Team Directors, Managers, and VPs to align Enablement initiatives with the organization’s high-level goals.
- Own competitive research and content: Work alongside our Product Marketing Team to research the market, use cases, benchmarks, and best practices. Use your learnings to create internal content for the sales team including playbooks, demo scripts, email templates, and more.
- Facilitate live training and coaching sessions: Comfortable leading training sessions, both in-person and virtually, on a variety of topics including, but not limited to, objection handling, positioning, competitive differentiators, and product use cases.
- Coordinate and lead certifications: Lead the team through certification programs to ensure consistency and proficiency in subject areas like Klaviyo positioning, demo processes, and more.
- Coordinate technical training programs: In collaboration with technical domain experts within the Solution Architect, Support, and Product teams, organize the facilitation of live training sessions, including feature releases that occur as part of Klaviyo’s Product Event (KPE) which runs quarterly.
