As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you support sales training efforts and be the main point person in enabling the entire sales organization on new initiatives and product updates. This versatile role requires you to be innovative and ready to change course as needed -- you could be managing projects one day, collaborating with product marketing another, and running a training session for new hires the next. You will be in charge of all new product roll-outs and will lead in the planning one of our biggest events, Sales Kickoff. As the Sales Enablement Specialist, a typical day might include:
Prepare new sales hires by conducting onboarding training, assisting in developing and executing training plans; providing resources; support the ownership of Sales Bootcamp
Evaluate training curriculum effectiveness and determine needs; improve effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, and propose content/curriculum adjustments
Create and maintain feedback surveys while analyzing results with management
Act as a facilitator for sales training with a focus on refreshing content based on product value, new products & features and competitive positioning
Run group training sessions for sales bootcamp and other ad-hoc enablements
Assist with the organization of sales kickoffs and build content in partnership with responsible departments
Coordinate and schedule sales training and enablement calendars and logistics.
Project management of sales enablement initiatives and sales training revamps
Oversee different initiatives/projects related to enabling the sales team to sell as effectively and efficiently as possible
Manage internal relationships cross-functionally and external vendors; help manage the shift to the LMS
Manage the upskilling product bootcamp tracks
Assist in devising organizational approaches and new processes to better enable the sales team
Support the growth and development of the Sales Enablement Team

Bonus points for:
BS/BA in a relevant field
Understanding of adult learning, development concepts, designing relevant training and the leading solution selling methodologies.
Prior experience facilitating trainings and delivering presentations.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & G-Suite (any graphic design skills and Photoshop skills, a plus).
Experience in public speaking/teaching/coaching
