Sales Enablement Project Coordinator

The sales organization at Toast has more than doubled in size in the last 12 months with plans to continue that aggressive growth in 2018. Our goal is invest significantly in nurturing and enabling our current field sales team through continued education programs and initiatives.

With this in mind the sales enablement team is looking to add a Project Coordinator who can assist in providing administrative and program level support for sales enablement productivity, training and certification programs.

The role of the Sales Enablement Project Coordinator includes, but is not limited to:

  • LMS Support: Working cross-functionally with team members to support the content development process in Litmos (Toast LMS system), including learning paths and corresponding modules. Create and manage corresponding assessments and manage scoring/grading and reporting for field teams.
  • Onboarding Support: Working with enablement team and various departments to schedule, manage and coordinate agenda and program details including but not limited to catering, team outings, asset preparation (sales kits), recordings and final assessments.
  • Certification Support: Work with enablement team to drive program completions through regular participant communications and reporting.
  • Product Training Support: Work with enablement team to support technical and participant attendance needs for various weekly training programs including Power Hour and Friday Product Training initiatives. Remote learning system experience a plus.
  • Field Sales Training support: Provide support on an as needed basis to the Field Sales Training team; resource from HQ for field trainers.
  • Content Management: Update and maintain sales enablement resource pages and portals (Confluence) and recommend systems/approaches to improve uptake in usage of training materials
  • Sales Assets: Assist in production, development and delivery process of associated sales assets and training materials
  • Special Projects: In addition, the ideal candidate would be open to ad-hoc project work e.g. kickoff support, sales asset development (e.g. playbook editing/vendor management), sales training videos, podcast program, co-owned marketing projects,surveys to field etc.

To be successful in this role you will bring experience in the following areas:

  • People person who enjoys interacting with new hires and working with internal customers and team members cross-departmentally
  • Attention to detail and ability to effectively handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customer constituencies
  • Knowledge of learning management systems, content management systems and sales productivity tools a plus
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage various projects independently
  • Good problem-solving, judgement and decision-making skills
  • Naturally intellectually curious
