Cobalt is looking to hire an entry-level Sales Enablement Associate to join our tight knit but fast-growing revenue team. You will be working with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to demonstrate the product to clients and actively contribute product and industry knowledge to those teams.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Work with a welcoming, highly motivated, and growing revenue team to drive meaningful results
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s solutions and products, closely follow industry trends, and build key relationships with prospects and clients
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert and successfully support the revenue team to demonstrate platform value and drive adoption
  • Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations
  • Engage directly with prospects to 1) Serve as a strategic partner to review their needs and how our product fits into their broader firm goals, 2) Understand and evaluate their current systems, workflows, and internal team dynamics, and 3) Educate key stakeholders on our solutions
  • Contribute to sales enablement process, including providing key product and market knowledge to provide expertise across the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams
  • Gain valuable product experience while growing your professional network

  • Availability to work full-time, on-site in our Boston office
