Sales Director

Datawire’s suite of products are used by thousands of organizations worldwide, including companies such as Ticketmaster, Microsoft, and NVidia. Demand for our commercial products is snowballing and we are looking for a Sales Director to further accelerate sales growth. You will get the opportunity to work with a strong bench of leadership (from the likes of Rapid7, New Relic, SmartBear, to name a few), make decisions that will drive the future of the company, and work with cutting edge cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Grow, onboard, and manage a sales department responsible for selling Datawire software subscriptions globally
  • Develop and refine sales methodology
  • Collaborate with marketing to create a robust sales/marketing handoff
  • Consistently forecast and deliver revenue targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota carrying B2B software sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience coaching and mentoring team members
  • Experience with sales methodologies, CRM, and processes
  • Experience with open source software sales a plus
