Sales Development Representative, Club Soda

Club Soda is a new business capability at ezCater that allows individuals to order their own lunches. We batch these orders together and send them to catering partners, who individually package and label the orders, and deliver them to a designated delivery area in an office or building. The Club Soda team is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative to help grow the number of businesses using Club Soda in Boston and beyond. Club Soda is growing quickly and pivoting often, so the current requirements will grow and change over time. This position will be instrumental in the growth of Club Soda.
What You’ll Do:
- Leverage Hubspot, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify strong prospects by considering parameters like company size, metro, and strength of their current relationship with ezCater.
- Prospect these leads via email, phone, and other creative ways to uncover opportunities, with the goal of generating and driving discovery meetings to the Club Soda Account Executives.
- Thoroughly document your process in our CRM to maintain a clean and functional pipeline.
- Provide feedback to the rest of the Club Soda team on prospecting opportunities, strengths and weakness.
You have:
- The ability to generate strong results with minimal process or supervision.
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing job requirements.
- The ability to work fast, are self-driven, and are passionate about surpassing your goals!
- An understanding of how lead generation and prospecting is the lifeblood of a sales organization.
- The desire to learn a process, track the results, then aim high and make it better.
