The VMWare Carbon Black Sales team is the first touch point for our prospects and the reliable ally for our customers. On the Sales team, you’ll be working with by high caliber, smart people who are dedicated to finding the right solution for customer needs. From initially discovering needs to ensuring the overall health of our customers, you’ll build your expertise by being exposed to a number of unique scenarios. Backed by an exceptional leadership team and an organization in hyper-growth, you can expect to have tremendous success and earning potential.

 

Why You Matter

 

Responsible for the ongoing development and growth of Carbon Black’s sales development program made up of 50 SDR representatives located in Waltham MA and Boulder CO. The team drives new business through lead generation supporting the inside and field. Tasked with running a program that enables sales development reps to graduate into other quota carrying roles across Carbon Black.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Mentor and coach sales development representatives in current and future career path.
  • Manage a team of 8-10 SDR representatives
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations for scheduling meetings, tracking meetings outcome
  • Collaborate and Run 9 month training program with other managers
  • Involvement of Productivity Tool selection, deployments and management of tools such as: Zoom, Drift, Outreach, Salesforce, Discoverorg and Linkedin.
  • Cross collaboration with Sales Management, Revenue Organization and Marketing
