The role:

Proposal Analysts are responsible for responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other sales-related requests. Proposal Analysts also have responsibility for updating proposal database content and aligning it with evolving products and messaging. This role will collaborate with all other departments.

• Intake and triage RFPs/RFIs for new, complex, and non-standard requests 
• Write compelling proposal content 
• Take ownership of and maintain assigned sections of the proposal content database
• Update proposal content to align with product enhancements, research, results, messaging, and market positioning
• Coordinate with sales, client success, marketing, finance, research, legal, data security, product, and care teams to review and update proposals
