Seaport Popup Keyholder
Uwila Warrior is looking for a Popup Keyholder for our popup in the Seaport for Oct-Dec to help during our holiday push. As our Popup Keyholder you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Manager and Uwila Warrior Team with day-to-day pop-up operations and team management tasks. The ideal candidates for this role will deliver a positive and upbeat experience for new and repeat customers, while helping with key holiday tasks and customizing orders.

Uwila Warrior is on a mission to stop bad underwear days for all women- recently expanding our size range up to a size 4X. We make breathable underwear designed to fit the lifestyle of active women and to not move around under clothes.
Part-Time: 2 weekend days
Seaport Hours: Sat/Sun 12-5pm
Start date: October 1, 2020
End date: December 24th, 2020
Compensation: $20/hour
The following specific responsibilities supplement the overall duties:
- Understand the overall concept of Uwila Warrior, including our customers, our merchandise and our mission.
- Safeguard the assets of the popup. This includes opening/closing duties.
- Know the merchandise on the floor and suggest merchandise to customers as appropriate.
- Use the Shopify software system effectively.
- Apply customization in store (on-demand) for Uwila Warrior products for Holiday 2020. Some supplement customization may come up for larger wholesale orders we have.
- Maintain the integrity of the inventory. Prevent inventory shrink to the extent reasonable and appropriate. Assist in performing physical inventory counts on a daily basis and relaying that information to the Retail Manager and UW Team.
- Maintain visual merchandising of the pop-up with supplemental cleaning and rearranging when applicable.
- Be able to commute to 100 Seaport Blvd, Boston, MA 02210.
Qualifications and Skills Required to Perform Successfully:

- Currently or recently enrolled in or completed an undergraduate degree.
- The initiative and self-assurance to be able to approach and sell to customers comfortably.
- A high level of dedication, commitment, and initiative to operate a pop-up dependably and with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Retail or related customer service/hospitality work experience required.
