Mid-Market Customer Success Manager
The Payfactors Mid-Market Customer Success Manager shall work with our Data client partners to ensure that they are satisfied with our products, offerings, and overall relationship.
Requirements/Skills:
Two to three years of experience required in customer success, account management or relationship management
Bachelor’s degree required
Compensation domain knowledge a plus, but this is not a technical role
Intrinsic self-starter and problem solver
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to collaborate with peers, managers, and clients cross-functionally
Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment
Awareness and pride in 100% client satisfaction
Boston-area based - No sponsorship or relocation available at this time
Primary Responsibilities:
Initiate proactive customer outreach program
Engage clients that are between 250-750 employees and renew expiring agreements
Ensure client satisfaction and product/service adoption
Set up and track programs in Salesforce
