Toast seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join our incredibly successful sales team. Are you competitive, self-motivated and an overachiever? Do you have previous successful sales experience? IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Conduct online demonstrations over the web
- Hunt for your own leads and conduct cold calls
- Respond to inbound leads and demo requests
- Be responsible for consulting with customers on the appropriate Hardware and Software requirements
- Work internally with sales management and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations
- Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Previous successful sales experience
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- The technical aptitude to master our CRM system
- A keenly developed competitive nature
- A highly self-driven sense of motivation
- The ability to deal with objections
- Attention to detail
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related program
- Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quota
