Head of Sales Engineering, U.S.
LeanIX is rapidly growing our Sales Engineering team. We are looking for a Director of Sales Engineering US located in Boston. Reporting directly to the SVP of Customer Success this role will help lead and grow the American Sales Engineering team. This is your opportunity to get in the early stages of a growing, energetic company.
As a Director of Sales Engineering US you will have direct responsibility for the Sales Engineering practice in the US. Your primary role is to train, mentor and manage the team of Sales Engineers. Additionally, you will work closely with the local sales teams to effectively deliver technical support through all stages of the sales cycle.

Requirements
If you’ve managed a team and worked with or have a good understanding of the following topics:
- Strong track record of enterprise corporate IT-environments and their impact on digital transformation roadmaps
- Track record with scaling SaaS sales processes
- Experience in corporate buying journeys/-processes
- Enterprise Architecture frameworks and IT Portfolio Management methodologies
- Experience with adoption of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Understanding of IT portfolio management frameworks such as TOGAF, ITSM/ITIL, CMDB, APM, Cobit
