Superpedestrian is seeking someone to lead partnerships with leading micromobility operators around the world. This role will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, executing, and growing customer relationships for our scooter and e-bike products. We’re looking for a candidate who has direct experience in the ride-hailing, micromobility, or shared transportation space. The initial focus will be on individual execution, with a parallel responsibility of growing and leading a team within a few months.
What you’ll do:
- Negotiate and execute on partnerships with operators for shared scooters and e-bikes
- Grow key global customer partnerships
- Set and lead customer partnership sales strategy
- Build and manage a large team
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant work experience in the ride-hailing or micromobility industries
- Experience in business development, corporate development, B2B sales or fleet operations (5-10 years preferred)
- Ability to quickly gain a basic technical understanding of vehicle hardware and software
- Strong communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers
- Provides leadership and expertise in developing new customer partnerships
- Located in the US or Europe, with a willingness to travel
