The Director of Sales will report directly to the CEO and work on developing and executing the strategy of CareDash’s sales operations. You are entrepreneurial, a highly motivated self-starter ideally coming in with BD/Sales experience in an early stage company. In this role you’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO and senior leadership on the launch, management and optimization of CareDash’s marketplace platform. You will be tasked with the operation, profitability and expansion of our SMB and independent practices partnerships, achieving revenue growth and expanding market shares. For those partners, you’ll be the face of CareDash, and thus know first-hand how to acquire, build, and grow partnerships across constituents in a rapidly evolving space. Your day-to-day will be hands on, between contributing to and executing on prospecting strategies, creating outreach strategies, scheduling assessment and discovery meetings, and conducting lead development. This position offers a ton of opportunity and autonomy for someone seeking the chance to be hands on in creating something from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

  • You’ll hit the ground running, building out CareDash’s revenue and sales strategy. You will be a driver of sales, marketing, business development, and revenue operations, and will continuously be looking for ways to maximize them.
  • Originate and build a pipeline of prospects, driving new revenue with independent practices, small hospitals and other health systems.
  • Build and own sale funnel from demand creation, market differentiation, client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Expertly represent CareDash’s vision, value proposition, and solutions.
  • Provide insights on products and services that are gaining market momentum.
  • Quarterly assist with designing, implementing, and scaling a sales strategy that is effective and measurable and that will support CareDash’s strategy and growth objectives.
  • Develop performance dashboards (based on set goals) and establish a process/cadence for regular reporting on sales performance
  • Be prepared to support the hiring, training and management of a team of Sales Representatives and Account Managers.

Who you are:

  • You are highly entrepreneurial, with demonstrated sales experience and success, and will set a standard of quality, focus and authenticity as one of CareDash’s first sales and BD hires.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and brings fresh ideas to the table
  • Proven success bringing in new business, either within enterprise sales or business development
  • You are comfortable working within a strong metrics driven environment which includes reporting, analytics, as well as a focus on company revenue goals and profitability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others internally and externally.
  • Developed client-relationship skills with demonstrated experience in sales, negotiations, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience
