Mirakl has grown its headcount by 200% in the last two years and will continue to bring onboard the best and brightest in 2020 and beyond. Gartner projects that more than 60% of online sellers will adopt marketplaces or include third-party sales in their eCommerce ecosystems by the end of 2020. To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model and further accelerate our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Customer Acquisition Representative-B2B
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to play a part in the launch of our Marketplace Customer Acquisition function. You will partner directly with Mirakl’s B2B customers, who have live marketplaces, to their grow sales through the acquisition and retention of buyers on the marketplace. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting our B2B customer GMV growth by driving pointed outreach to target buyers (Healthcare, Restaurants, Distribution, Industrials)
- Conduct conversations with buyers to understand trends and opportunities for Mirakl’s customers to boost supplies and/or categories on the marketplace
- Post-Sale outreach to ensure a positive buying experience; making recommendations for long term success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years’ experience of business development within a B2B organization
- Working knowledge of supply chain systems, payment processing system and eProcurement systems
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Knowledge of eCommerce technologies and platforms is a plus!
- Willingness to help grow a new division
