As the Business Operations Coordinator you will support the TripAdvisor's B2B organizations’ use of sales tools including Salesforce.com. You will be critical in ensuring our sales and customer support teams have the best processes in place to execute at a higher level. We will rely on you to make sure we’re maximizing efficiencies and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of our sales platforms. The Business Operations Coordinator you will work closely with the sales teams and key stakeholders to facilitate new process rollouts, identify operational challenges, and enhance overall excellence across the sales and service field teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as 1st point of contact for Salesforce user questions and issues
  • Drive and support prioritization on the Salesforce.com enhancement roadmap for TripAdvisor’s global B2B organization, including larger projects, small enhancements, and bugs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to proactively seek out and identify needed system and process improvements through sales process mapping exercises
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing of new releases, including enhancements and bug fixes
  • Handle basic admin functions including user management and account hierarchy management 
  • Work with L&D team to create onboarding training program and to deliver ongoing training to improve adoption and best practices
  • Support data quality and integrity initiatives and enable the team with actionable data insights and reports

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • 1-3 years of work experience, ideally in sales or sales operations
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of best practice sales processes, with an emphasis on media, advertising or SaaS Sales
  • Positive, "get it done" approach

Bonus Points if you:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where new challenges come up every day
  • Have experience with Enterprise and Commercial Sales organizations and their use of Sales systems
  • Familiarity with advertising and sales terminology and metrics
  • Have experience working for a media or B2B SaaS company
