Position overview:

Reporting to the EVP of US Sales you’ll oversee all aspects of lead generation by assessing our current state of affairs, developing strategy, executing on that strategy and reporting on results. To accomplish this, you’ll work closely with the product, sales and marketing teams to bring sufficient prospective clients to the top of the funnel.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyze and evaluate current lead generation efforts and opportunities
  • Set up all the lead generation life-cycle and configure actions for each workflow stage
  • Contact prospects using all methodologies (email, phone, newsletter, social media, website inquiries, etc.)
  • Researching priority accounts and developing a strategy to joint prospect with sales counterparts
  • Meeting regularly with sales counterpart to ensure that the correct strategies are being optimized
  • Maintain weekly and monthly new meetings targets as well as metrics
  • Report on effectiveness of lead generation efforts by strategy, tactics, and site/region

Qualifications:

  • College degree from an accredited school
  • 2+ years of relevant experience 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong team player with positive attitude
  • Native English speaking with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • You are autonomous, driven and persistent
  • Proactive, self-motivated, creative, analytical, well organized 
  • Strong team player with positive attitude
  • Position based in Boston
