BHE is an established research and data analytics company providing custom research services and novel platform solutions. Our mission is to provide actionable insights to support decision making for the life sciences industry, medical groups, and the payer community. We are currently accepting applications for a Business Development Associate for our HEOR Modeling and Evidence consulting practice. The incumbent will work closely with senior staff and clients to secure new business from the life sciences industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify prospects
- Foster new leads via outreach to prospective and existing customers
- Prepare for capabilities presentations
- Schedule, coordinate, track, and conduct follow-up on leads and proposals
- Build and maintain SalesForce data and generate forecast and progress reports
- Represent BHE at relevant conferences
- Coordinate with marketing department on collateral, marketing programs, and analytics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2+ years business development experience in the life sciences industry
- Strong presentation skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage workload and work effectively with little supervision
- Able to multi-task and prioritize assignments
- Comfortable with learning technical and medical subject matter
