HubSpot seeks a Brazil Sales Growth Hacker to join our highly successful Latin America sales team. This is a great role to position yourself for excellent opportunities & career growth. This role is an extremely exciting opportunity to work closely with marketing, growth, product, sales, and services to learn and identify how to scale product lead sales to produce the best outcome for our users and our business.

User Success:

  • Provide a human hand to help new users on HubSpot's free products get set up and on the path to success
  • Help future HubSpot customers see the value of using our free products to achieve their goals or overcome their obstacles
  • Balance the "how to" with the "why" to make sure users know the purpose for their actions in the product
  • Assist HubSpot software customers with varied skill levels (from digital natives and digital tourists) to implement successful inbound marketing initiatives
  • Help customers troubleshoot and navigate through processes and bugs regarding the HubSpot software in an articulate way
  • Spread the love. Regularly document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps so the rest of the Services team – and our customer base – can learn from them
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within HubSpot to improve experience for HubSpotters and HubSpot customers/users alike

Inbound Sales:

  • Navigate a high volume of sales inquiries and/or proactively reach out to prospects
  • Conduct pre-qualification of prospects for the HubSpot sales process
  • Set up appointments with the appropriate sales team members

We are looking for candidate with the following qualities:

  • Are fully immersed in HubSpot’s products and business strategy

Required:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service, support, sales or product environment
  • Fluent in Portuguese
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You thrive in a versatile and dynamic team environment
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Always ready to help others and be helped
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A sharp focus on your goals
