How you will make an impact

• Coach and assist in a high volume of quality sales.
• Identify ways to improve sales processes.
• Focus of retention of insurance products.
• Onboard new agents as the team grows.

What you need to succeed

• Experience coaching top teams and delivering results.
• Ability to analyze sales agent performance and develop plans of action.
• Background in volume sales center.
• Personal drive to succeed in remote setting and ability to motivate others.
