Wistia is uniquely positioned to serve this rapidly growing market as an end to end platform that supports the creation, hosting, publishing and analysis of video and podcast content for marketers.

The Small Business AE Manager role will lead a high performing team of AEs into their next phase of growth. Success in this role will come through hands-on individualized coaching of reps, creative deal support and overall effective team wide pipeline management. Here’s the job:

  1. Coaching a team of Account Executives focused on selling to Small and Medium Sized Businesses. Hire as needed to scale the team.
  2. Hiring a diverse team and raising the bar for talent.
  3. Contribute to a culture of a creative, customer centric and motivated sales team.
  4. Plan execution strategy on a quarterly basis to run a dynamic pipeline of business and exceed quota targets.
  5. Think creatively about our changing market place, and contribute to the GTM strategy by finding opportunities to improve or innovate on our customer’s buying journey.

Qualifications:

  1. You bring exceptional empathy, curiosity, self-motivation and adaptability to your work, which are the core values of the sales team at Wistia.
  2. A proven track record of successfully mentoring sales people to exceed individual and team quotas as a Manager
  3. You regularly question the status quo and are open to rethinking and innovating on an approach to sales.
  4. Are a data driven decision maker and are able to present ideas with cross functional peers and leadership.
  5. Are a hands-on, servant leader that wants to engage with customers to help your team win deals.
  6. Are motivated to build a diverse and inclusive team.
  7. 2-3 years of previous Sales leadership experience

Location/Remote Opportunities
