Quick Base continues to grow and we're looking for enterprise account managers! The Account Manager engages in a customer-centric, consultative way and offers strong product knowledge to effectively support clients and retain and grow revenue. We’re seeking energetic and smart individuals that are passionate about technology and excited to help our clients create a better way to work. The Account Manager will engage with multiple stakeholders within organizations to understand their business challenges/needs and provide recommendations and best practices on how to utilize Quick Base. We’re looking for smart, hardworking and positive individuals with the potential to develop and grow!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial conversations with enterprise customer base to ensure agreement structures properly support customer’s needs
  • Responsible for managing entire renewal sales cycle, including suspends, downs and cancels, and maintaining rolling 180-day forecast
  • Work collaboratively with virtual team, including Customer Success Managers, Customer Solution Engineers, Account Executives, Customer Care & 3rd party Solutions Providers, to drive alignment and meet customer’s needs
  • Understand and articulate Quick Base’s competitive differentiators through effective positioning relative to status quo and competitors
  • Lead consultative conversations by leveraging strong product knowledge and solution selling techniques to help identify ways (plan upgrades, new SKUs, user expansion) to gain additional value through Quick Base
  • Ability to present to multiple audiences both in-person and virtually, through a variety of methods, demonstrating deep knowledge of customer’s business priorities by actively shaping the offering to align with customer requirements
  • Develop strategy for book of business, devise account plans (combination of custom-built and programmatic approaches), prioritize time accordingly to execute plans and manage an active pipeline of renewal opportunities
  • Participate in internal Quarterly Business Review as well as other internal operations to report on business results, near term goals, and customer needs

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technology/software account management/sales experience preferred
  • Solution selling, value selling and ability to manage customer relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrate achievement in meetings and exceeding quota 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume and strategic environment
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills that result in value based multi-year contracts
  • Desire to use sales automation technology to execute programmatic strategies to efficiently cover book of business
  • Ability to manage a 6-month rolling sales pipeline (multiple opportunities at various stages) efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to identify and address the customer’s needs and/or connect the customer with the appropriate resource to meet their needs
  • Desire to continuously develop professionally and share learnings with team members
  • Technical acumen so able to learn to demonstrate a moderately technical product to prospects
  • Ability to ask the questions relevant to the customer to uncover needs and qualify opportunities
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and empathy for clients
  • Ability to build rapport and develop mutually-beneficial relationships both over the phone and in-person
