Account Manager, Club Soda

Club Soda is a new business capability at ezCater that allows individuals to order their own lunches. We then batch these orders and send them to catering partners, who individually package and label the orders, and deliver them to a designated delivery area in an office or building. The Club Soda team is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Account Manager to help onboard and maintain new companies and buildings in the Boston-area! Club Soda is growing quickly and pivoting often, so the current requirements will grow and change over time.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with catering operations, marketing, design, customer service, and product to onboard and maintain accounts
- Check accounts on a weekly basis to make sure they’re trending in the right direction, and if not be ready to act
- Walk new customers through each step of the on-boarding process to ensure they’re ready for launch
- Ability to work with customers both via the phone as well as face to face
- Drive user adoption by generating signups at each Club Soda drop
- Drive high order volume and consistent order volume at each location
- Email, call or visit these leads in person when needed in order to maintain relationship with contacts
- Work to up-sell employee-paid locations to include regular subsidized meals
- Provide feedback to the rest of the Club Soda team on why certain locations aren’t performing well to come up with quick solutions
You have:
- The ability to generate strong results with minimal process or supervision
- Strong drive, and the willingness to move fast!
- Ability to think on your feet, handling potential tough situations
- Ability to quickly build rapport, on the phone and face to face
- Comfortable meeting with people in person
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing job requirements
- Strong understanding of how the Club Soda process works
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Trello, and Freedom is a huge plus
