We are expanding our team and opening an office in the Boston area to serve our existing North American customers and continue our expansion in this region. As part of this expansion we are looking for driven SaaS Sales Executives to join this new team.  Reporting into our Vice President of Growth you will play a critical role in our expansion. You are smart and passionate with B2B outbound software sales experience and have a track record of finding opportunities. You are confident in your verbal and written communication skills and relish in developing lasting relationships with your customers. Technology comes as second nature and you feel comfortable remotely presenting and demonstrating software.

 

What you will do:

  • Build a thorough understanding of our products and communicate the proposition and value to prospective customers through phone-calls, web-demos and email communication.

  • Research accounts and generate your own leads, identifying key players, generating interest and developing accounts to stimulate opportunity.

  • Identify key contacts at targeted companies and conduct research for a well-informed initial contact.

  • Work with the marketing team to develop sales collateral that will help you to attract prospects and close deals.

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of customers.

  • Manage your own list of inbound and outbound prospects from lead generation to paying customer.

  • Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results.

  • Work closely with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Make our customers successful!

 

What you will bring:

  • 2-3 years’ outbound sales experience with a technology or SaaS company.

  • Proven track record achieving measurable sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required.

  • English native level fluency is required. Second language would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.

  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.

  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization.

  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player.
