Bullhorn is looking for an Account Director to join our Enterprise Sales team. 

Why this job is important:
As an Account Director, Enterprise Solutions supporting Bullhorn’s regional Enterprise accounts, you will be responsible for delivering an incredible customer experience to Bullhorn’s regional Enterprise accounts through flawless internal and external execution. Our mission is to deliver an incredible customer experience. The person in this role requires a close alignment and partnership to the MD, Enterprise Solutions and the operational resources aligned to manage and deliver for these complex companies on a global scale. The Account Director is responsible for Helping existing and potential customers navigate the buying process, evaluate solutions to solve their most critical business challenges and implement technology that positively impacts their organization.

A typical day might include:
- Participating and leading campaigns for top regional customers to ensure a consistent voice is heard and credible representation is felt when executing on a sales campaign.
- Identifying and filter up or down any ongoing obstacles and/or opportunities to effectively service the regional enterprise accounts under your remit to ensure successfully addressed or resolved
- Achieving assigned sales quota (in alignment with team compensation goals) in designated accounts for both net new bookings and revenue
- Actively identifying opportunities to solve customers’ business challenges using Bullhorn’s suite of solutions that result in net new sales pursuits
- Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet strategic objectives and customers’ expectations
- Working closely with the operational overlay for the global enterprise team to ensure that the proper resources and reporting are flowing internally to ensure the right people are engaged in the account at the right time on the Bullhorn side
- Owning relationship with contacts (in region or with assigned accounts) for global accounts to significantly increase Bullhorn’s Sphere of Influence with key global customer executives
- Identifying and building relationships with additional stakeholders critical to a successful ongoing partnership with the accounts assigned to you to ensure program is set up for success (including contacts from project team to executive leadership, as well as SI and marketplace partners in region or aligned to assigned accounts)Interfacing within our client’s businesses, technical and project leadership in order to ensure Bullhorn (and SI if applicable) are set up for success in delivering a suite of solutions aligned to business value
- Providing sales/account management lens to program and operational resources (either internal or external) that are developing and executing on the delivery plan for the solution.
