We are looking for a salesperson to make and receive phone calls and emails with current and potential customers, as well as handle customer files throughout the process of a sale. As sales requires a lot of customer interaction, someone with a friendly and positive attitude is a must. Along with handling customers and leads, you'll be expected to write proposals and contracts based on the project criteria.

The right candidate is highly motivated, passionate about helping businesses achieve success through digital marketing, and has a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

• Seek out quality leads and call on prospective customers
• Communicate with prospects, analyze/audit their current web presence and market situation, and suggest customized solutions
• Write proposals for potential clients and review with them
• Good qualification skills
• Ability to say “NO” to unqualified prospects
• Follow up on current web projects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Improve sales process with innovative ideas and implementation
• Ability to multi-task, be a solid team player, and help other employees improve their skills

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prospect, develop and close potential clients
• Ability to explain properly why prospects should hire Yelling Mule for their website project
• Ability to explain our process and basic website functionality technically and efficiently
• High level organization and multi-tasking skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the web design and/or internet marketing industry; project management experience a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience working with WordPress
• Experience with search engine optimization
