We are looking to hire a hungry and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and play a major role in our hiring process from start to finish.

What you'll do here:

• Schedule a high volume of interviews and coordinate interview days for Lovepop’s Boston Headquarters while consistently providing an amazing candidate experience
• Source candidates and build a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring plans
• Own job posting, collection of pre-employment paperwork and support the Talent and People teams in all things administrative and operations
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the People/Talent teams to design, own and drive an awesome candidate experience during the interview process

What you'll bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years of experience working as a Recruiting and/or HR Coordinator
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (We use Lever)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to make sense of multiple calendars and limited interview space
