Location:

This position is located at our Billerica, Massachusetts office that currently works on a hybrid model of both time in the office and working from home. You must be able to comfortably commute to this location for regular in-person meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the testing and qualification of company products, including software, documentation, and websites
• Assess the visual elements and usability of our solutions for quality and ease of use
• Develop test plans based on requirements gathered from team meetings and discussions
• Work with a mix of manual and automated QA tasks
• Prepare and execute tests in a pre-production environment
• Find software and design edge cases that impact the user experience
• Review and correlate the accuracy of technical documentation

Qualifications:

• CS degree or equivalent technical experience
• Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design, and test execution
• Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving quality issues
• Comfort with current platforms and technologies, including desktop, web, and mobile devices
• Comfort with HTML, JavaScript, Perl, imaging applications, database concepts, and CLI in a Linux environment
• Ability to work independently and manage your own timeline
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and continuity
