Who you are
You are a results-oriented and analytical technical product manager. You have been the product leader for a multi-functional team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers - crafting products that implement software and analytics to drive impact to the business. You have a consistent track record of technical product innovation; identifying new opportunities and repeatedly shipping products in an agile development environment – with a results-oriented and customer centric demeanor. You're a TPM with experience in building software engineering processes or tools, and able to own the strategy and execution of the groups you are responsible for.
What the role is
Marketing Analytics software and products are essential to the success of our Marketing teams. We want to enable our teams to use analytics to build impactful strategies that will help Drizly achieve our results-oriented marketing goals. Building the long-term vision and product roadmap supporting this team will improve Drizly’s ability to acquire customers efficiently, as well as support strategic partnership monetization efforts.
As privacy regulations evolve - we enter a world where compliance, resilience, and security are increasingly meaningful. The landscape of what points Drizly can track and report on is constantly evolving. Drizly is capitalizing on this opportunity with rapid iteration in this space to enable Drizly Marketing’s success by identifying and prioritizing gaps for Marketing Analytics and Technology.
The TPM is responsible for talking to partners (Marketing and Marketing Analytics / Engineering teams), understanding how they can expertly and effectively build and deploy Marketing Analytics Products using an Agile process that is as streamlined as possible. This individual is eager to work with the best analysts, data scientists and engineers to develop new software tools that help solve never-before-seen marketing challenges. The role will support the Marketing Analytics acting as technical product owner, aligning and enabling teams to deliver with speed, quality, and ownership.
In this role you will:
- Develop Marketing Analytics Vision and Product Roadmap
- Drive adoption of best in class Agile practices
- Identify gaps in capabilities and prioritize with a value oriented mentality
- Manage relationships with partners across marketing, analytics, and engineering
- Product discovery and making recommendations on technology
The Other Stuff:
- Salary Range: $97,600 - $183,600. Your compensation will be based on your experience level, skills, and location within the United States.
