We're looking for a unique product operator who is interested in solving complex problems for our customers & internal teams with a team of product experts using low or no-code solutions. You’ll also help centralize customer feedback, build and streamline our product processes, and have your team partner deeply with product & design to build a roadmap of opportunities that should be pursued. Please note, our headquarters are located in Boston and Charleston but this role can be remote.

What you'll do:

• Lead a team of 6 highly motivated product experts hungry to learn and prototype low or no-code solutions to hard problems, with the intention to productize. 
• Hire, mentor, and grow the careers of our Product Ops team, and build a strong culture of excellence.
• Streamline the customer feedback process, distillation of themes and connect it to day-to-day opportunities that the Product team should pursue. 
• Lead the implementation and drive adoption of large scale process updates for the product team
• Own communication of product team frameworks/processes to other departments like Marketing, Support, Sales and Customer Success as needed
• Work directly with product, design & engineering leaders in the organization to drive efficiency in overall product team processes

What we need:

• Has 3+ years of management experience
• Has 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Understands how products get built; ideally has coached or mentored others in PM
• Has experience with No-Code platforms (Airtable, Coda, Workato, Hightouch) 
• Loves creating efficiencies and streamlined processes
• Empathetic manager who wants to help team members grow and learn new skills across the business
