PlacePass is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team driving the next generation of travel experiences for the world’s leading travel and hospitality companies.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior Product Manager you work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support tech engagements and roadmaps with our enterprise partners. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Define and translate a product vision and strategy into a well sequenced roadmap 
• Build alignment with strategic partners on overall roadmap and sprint-based initiatives
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to execute against your roadmap and continually improve team velocity
• Execute rapid A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Conduct user testing and evaluate data to inform future product decisions

Desired background:

• 5-7 years of direct product management experience, ideally at consumer-facing e-commerce companies
• Track record of product innovation, finding new opportunities and building them to scale
• Can balance consumer, partner, and business interests while considering technical integration tradeoffs
• Strategic thinker who leans on data to inform decision-making
• Expert A/B tester
• Conversion optimizer - proven ability to drive conversion across all stages of the customer journey
• An aptitude and interest in presenting to partners
• Comfortable working with ambiguity - this role is fast-paced, fluid, and will frequently evolve based on partner, strategy, and product priorities
