We’re looking for…
A Senior Product Manager to launch a new high growth product, with the potential to become a massive business in the next few years. You’ll be in lock-step with the General Manager & Tech organization to achieve product-market fit. You own the product roadmap and drive progress while aligning and closely collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, etc.
What you’ll accomplish…
- Launch a new consumer brand and business line within an established and profitable e-commerce organization
- Own the high-level mission, vision and roadmap for the product and the team
- Reach product-market fit and win in the target market
- Explore, identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with a team of skilled engineers and stakeholders across the organization to navigate tradeoffs and allow the company to innovate more quickly
- Define OKRs, track progress and measure impact
- Mentor and coach other product managers across the organization
THE RIGHT FIT:
You have…
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing well-loved products
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- A proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization
- A bias towards action and relentless drive to move forward quickly, balanced with the patience to manage complex projects and drive large initiatives forward
- A passion for data-driven, iterative product development
