Sr. Product Manager, Auction House Core Products & Post Order Experience

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager, preferably with experience in e-commerce, to help chart the next phase of growth for Invaluable.com. You will report directly to the Director of Product and be responsible for our Core Auction House Products & our Post Delivery Experience. Our Core Auction House products are the tools auction houses use to run their sales on the Invaluable marketplace, including things like inventory upload, bidder approval & reporting. Our Post Order experience represents the payment and shipping experience for both bidders and auction houses. We are looking for someone that is highly analytical and collaborative, values speed, and prioritizes impact and value to customers. You will partner across the entire organization, from Sales to Customer Care to Technology, finding ways to accelerate our growth and cement Invaluable as a leader in the online auction space. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and learn the online auction marketplaces, our position, and strengths relative to our competitors

• Conduct customer interviews to understand pain points for our auction houses 

• Build easy to use products that simplify complicated workflows for auction houses with a strong understanding of UX in a collaborative partnership with designers 

• Build a product roadmap that cements Invaluable’s leadership position as the most trusted marketplace for Auction Houses 

• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/design, sales, marketing, operations to achieve the goals for the business 

REQUIREMENTS:

• A growth-stage product owner with an entrepreneurial spirit that is flexible, experimental, data focused, and resourceful and can balance short-term needs with the long-term strategy

• Highly analytical mindset. You use data in every decision

• You are an effective storyteller. You clearly communicate the vision to a cross-functional team and gain buy-in and resources to capitalize on those opportunities

• Effective communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships across the organization

• 4+ years of product management experience, e-commerce pm experience a big plus
