How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I started my business development role here with just 6 months of software sales experience. At Workhuman, not only are you given the technology to be successful, but you have amazing resources around you to grow professionally.

Bobby

What unique initiatives do you have that encourage innovation?

These days, we are dealing with a variety of stresses and change is constant. One of the most powerful ways to align teams and help people reach their full potential is so simple and can be easily missed- recognize an employee for their contributions! That positive connection carries far beyond the moment it occurs.

Jason

SVP, Global Sales

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

Workhuman is not only in the business of changing the future of work for other companies, we are already thriving in that state ourselves.
