Overview

As a Product Manager at Profitero, you will be responsible for building differentiated products which delight our customers and drive rapid growth in the market. You will get to collaborate and work closely with every part of the company, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success and analytics. You’ll be able to make a large impact for leading brands around the world by enabling them to unlock insights that our data can offer. 

Who you are:

• 2+ years of Product Management
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Experience working with how big data is delivered and visualized
• Able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation experience and the ability to tailor your communication by the audience
• Curious to learn and understand how our customers work and what it takes to sell a product online
• Driven to solve customer problems like they are your own
• Adept at stakeholder management with the ability to balance client requirements, requests from commercial and client delivery teams, and internal resource constraints

What you’ll do:

• Work with engineering and design teams to drive end to end building of Profitero products
• Understand and prioritize user needs and jobs to be done
• Translate business needs into clear, concise product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and mock ups
• Define and measure product engagement metrics
• Partner with product marketing to launch finished products and engage with customers to promote and evangelize product
• Provide input and help shape the product strategy and roadmap
