We're looking for a VPN Product Manager - a highly technical product manager who will manage our VPN SDK, client, and Tier 1 Partners in the ISV channel.
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
The Product Manager will also manage requirements and deployment to Tier 1 Partners for the SDK product. Managing customer communications and technical reviews.
Responsibilities
The Product Manager is expected to:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for VPN SDK and Touch VPN client
  • Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Work with Sales and external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition and evolving technology sector
  • Act as a leader within the company
  • Understand agile/waterfall methodologies
  • Preparation of technical documents, diagrams, processes in the context of projects with customers
  • Work independently to manage projects and meet deadlines.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years experience as a Product Manager, Technical Account Management
  • Technical background, with experience in software and web development and good understanding of PC, mobile, and web technologies.
  • Experience in direct and retail market channels
  • 7+ years of experience in the cybersecurity, identity and privacy market
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
