WHOOP is seeking an Enterprise Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap and delivery of hardware devices across multiple business verticals. In this role, you will help create, build, and deploy new hardware products that will expand the flexibility and accessibility of our WHOOP sensors. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, structured, and possesses subject matter expertise with connectivity, including Bluetooth, networking, and IOT.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate ideation, development, and delivery for new hardware products and improvements for our Enterprise business
• Gather customer requirements and feedback through frequent research and testing
• Set a product strategy and roadmap and measurable goals for your team
• Collaborate with the Business Development team and create go-to-market strategies
• Synthesize research, analysis and stakeholder feedback into detailed product requirements
• Collaborate with designers to create and validate solutions to customer needs
• Drive team to deliver a healthy and efficient cadence of product releases

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling digital products
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) preferred
• Experience building enterprise grade products with an emphasis on high reliability 
• Experience designing and building web-based consumer electronics products not required but preferred
• Proven track record of identifying customer and business needs and converting them into application and operational requirements
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Passion for the fitness and wellness space
• Technical familiarity with networking and IOT communications protocols
