Jobcase is looking for a Product Manager to join our Employer Product team, a group responsible for building products that help employers access and engage the Jobcase member community. Specifically for this role, you will initially own (in collaboration with the Employer Product team) our Jobcase Events solution, a comprehensive platform that allows our Employers to create and manage hiring events in addition to allowing our members to discover, register for, and attend those hiring events. This role will report directly to Scott Mangino, our Director of Employer Product.

What you'll be doing here:

  • Create, own, and drive the creation and execution of the Jobcase Hiring Event product roadmap
  • Help senior leadership craft and execute a successful vision and strategy for the Jobcase Hiring Event product
  • Participate in and contribute to the overall Employer Product vision and strategy
  • Assist with other Employer Product related initiatives as needed
  • Responsible for creating, executing, and measuring OKRs and KPIs related to the Jobcase Hiring Event product
  • Formulate hypotheses, then design (in collaboration with our Design team), run and analyze A/B tests (in collaboration with our Data Analytics team) to validate those hypotheses
  • In partnership with our Sales and Customer Success team, continuously assess and evolve the hiring event product to meet the growing and ever-changing needs of our employers and members.
  • Survey and assess the competitive landscape for Hiring Events across the industry, ensuring Jobcase is able to both compete and differentiate our offerings.

About you and your skills:

  • 2+ years experience working in an online B2B and/or B2C product organization with rapid development cycles, preferably in Product Management
  • Proven track record of understanding clients needs and turning those into scalable products that deliver sustained revenue growth
  • Experience in spearheading generation, online media, or two-sided online marketplaces a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn customer and client data into actionable insights
  • Able to understand and articulate a complicated client ecosystem with multiple client personas, middleware providers, and backend management systems
  • Demonstrated creativity in client solutions
  • Able to solicit direction from a broad range of stakeholders (sales, customer success, clients, internal stakeholders, and senior management) and synthesize into a product roadmap backed by a sound decision-making framework
  • Able to understand and integrate external technologies to drive business growth and partner success
  • Success building a mobile-first product
  • Experience formulating hypotheses, then designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to validate them
