Our Opportunity:

Chewy is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager in Boston, MA. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer, working cross-functionally between the Chewy core-experiences and Pet Health product teams to ensure seamless experiences that surprise and delight our customers. You will work to drive alignment across multiple cross-functional teams and manage prioritization of feature delivery and tradeoffs.

What You’ll Do:

Drive alignment across multiple cross-functional teams (other product managers, designers, engineers)
Work backwards from the customer to prioritize roadmaps and feature delivery
Influence investment choices that will provide long-term innovation in the space
Write requirements and specifications to meet business objectives and drive the product development schedule from design to release
Measure, report and continuously improve scrum team’s effectiveness via mentoring and coaching
Work with engineering team to resolve bottlenecks to help deliver final system deliverables

What You’ll Need:

15+ years of professional experience, 10+ in technical product or program management
Demonstrated experience in end to end product delivery, including feature delivery and prioritization
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Ability to perform business requirements analysis and design
Excellent communication and organization skills
Capability to identify and mitigate development and implementation risks
Position may require travel
