We are expanding Flywheel capabilities to optimize every aspect of an e-commerce brand’s business - from advertising to catalog management, to inventory, to financing, and more.

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager Technical for our Flywheel Product team with the experience, drive, and strategic vision to help us identify and implement strategic product initiatives that will impact the whole customer lifecycle and, as a result, drives customer retention, engagement, and monetization. In this role, you will need to develop a thorough understanding of both our current systems architecture and customer-facing software solutions in different business domains, and implement ways to deploy products that maximize value across the whole product feature set. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic vision and big-picture thinking, as well as sharp execution, technical depth, analytical rigor, and excellent communication.

In this role you will:

• Obsess over your customers and work backwards to define tenets, customer experiences, long-term goals, focus areas and key product and business performance metrics.

• Develop and present strategic product documents (press releases, FAQs, PRDs), prioritization frameworks for sprint planning, quarterly, and annual planning documents.

• Drive intake, planning, and prioritization of feature and enhancement requests in close partnership with engineering, data science, and product partners across Teikametrics.

• Influence our roadmaps and overall self-service business strategy by proactively communicating your vision, reporting plans and progress, and aligning with Teikametrics' core values.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Demonstrated experience in working with data processing, message oriented architectures, REST APIs, data warehouses, and SaaS cloud solutions
• Excellent customer experience intuition. You obsess about customers and can translate customer needs into crisp, detailed product requirements. You are able to develop innovative product solutions that are grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience and success in both owning and delivering high-impact products and features end-to-end, from a Product Management standpoint, and driving successful product roadmaps
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product, and in capturing both technical and non-technical requirements.
• Ability to work with teams at all levels of the organization and apply concepts to different customer personas and countries
• Bachelor's Degree




PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Recent domain experience with digital advertising, search, personalization or e-commerce.
• Track record of complex and creative problem-solving, and the desire to create and build new businesses.
• Outstanding oral and written communication.
• Ability to work well with a variety of people ranging in various technical levels.
• Passion for building technology that delivers outstanding customer experiences.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for having fun.
