The role of the IT Product Manager is to partner with Indigo’s business functions to gather, understand, and define business requirements for value-added solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for creating user stories, process flows, and functional requirement specifications to support the design and development of IT SaaS solutions. This role will be centered around HRIS Systems delivery including Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, and Concur. There will be some need to cover all integrated systems including Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP. Strong collaboration with both end users and technical developers is vital for this role, along with the ability to execute end user trainings and manage user acceptance testing. This position will play a key role in leading cross-functional teams to ensure that the company’s tactical and strategic objectives are met. 

Responsibilities:

  • Bring a strong knowledge of HRIS systems capabilities
  • Become a trusted partner for the People team and Finance groups
  • Effectively lead cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and mission goals
  • Assist with the execution of a process improvements
  • Create storyboards and mock-ups/wireframes to help solidify business requirements
  • Manage the development backlog and priorities in partnership with delivery team leads and business stakeholders
  • Successfully manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to the delivery of new features and projects
  • Partner with business teams to provide training and enablement

Qualifications:

Required

  • 3+ years of IT Business Analyst, Technical System Administration, and/or Product experience
  • Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
  • Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
  • Experience collaborating with senior business stakeholders

Preferred

  • Workday certifications
  • CSPO or equivalent (Certified Scrum Product Owner) and/or SPO/PM (SAFE Product Owner/Product Manager)
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) SaaS applications from Oracle or Salesforce.com

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
