Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for the targets, product roadmap and cross-functional collaboration to deliver our flagship SaaS platform Dragon Medical One goals for the North American Acute segment (largest clients). This includes customer research, investment ROI and executive pitches, feature design and road mapping within an agile development environment. You are responsible for retaining our world-class customer base of NA large acute providers and achieving renewal pricing targets by continuing to push the envelope of voice-enabled clinical document efficiency.
You will be responsible for managing, publishing and evangelizing your roadmaps, and shape its vision as the largest most influential segment of Dragon Medical One. You will also be responsible for conducting customer research, value proposition design, driving product launch activities and ongoing market-facing support.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer/market assessment of provider clinical documentation workflow, competitor position, and determine Dragon Medical One's area of differentiation
  • Design and execute claims research and orchestrate with marketing resulting campaign
  • Orchestrate internal design resources to create and validate new feature concepts.
  • Create compelling leadership pitch and roadmaps for increased investment in net new customer features
  • Drive product owners and shared services to deliver to your roadmap on time
  • Lead all aspects of the Go to Market/New Product Introduction process.
  • Manage pricing and be the first line on large deal exceptions
  • Manage pilot and agile development cycle of proposition to achieve usage, adoption and outcomes metrics
  • Be (and be recognized as) the "pied-piper" for the cross-functional teams
  • Manage product risk and compliance, working with cross functional experts and teams including regulatory, commercial, operational and financial risks
  • Drive continuous win/loss analysis and create Product Plans, Pricing and Profitability models for product family


Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science/MIS or Healthcare
Number of Years of Relevant Work Experience: 7+
Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of combined demonstrated, successful healthcare product management or corporate strategy, with at least 3 years of product management responsibilities in a senior or lead position with direct accountability for defining long term roadmaps
  • Background in healthcare technology is required. Experience in areas of clinician workflow is strongly preferred.
  • You can walk into a technology powerhouse and quickly transform internal data, external data and customer interactions to become the voice of the customer
  • You are an expert in the process of product management to logically step from the business goal, to research, ideation, validation and into a compelling investment pitch
  • You are strong-willed and a bridge builder, able to convince other functions to follow your lead even in the face of opposition
  • You have experience defining roadmaps and epic level requirements for a software or SaaS solution and orchestrating the new product introduction


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working or driving integrations with EHR platforms (Epic and Cerner)
  • Prior experience in management consulting
  • Experience with demonstrating clinical efficiency analytics, value and ROI
  • A zeal for metrics/analysis to deliver on business objectives.
  • Demonstrated history in creative/big thinking that resulted in revenue
