Jobcase is looking for an experienced product leader to join our Employer Product team, a group responsible for building products that help employers access and engage the Jobcase worker community. You will bring together the goals of the employer with the needs of our workers to deliver solutions that help people find and discover jobs. You will also help create the connections between our workers and employers within our community in ways that deliver against our mission of empowering the worlds’ workers. You will build an extensive knowledge of the diverse set of players in the talent acquisition space and drive a strategy for how to develop a platform that fits their needs. You will not only help drive the platform that powers our employer product suite, but you will also evolve the member experience as they seek employment and look for ways to connect with employers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the day-to-day creation and execution of the Employer Product roadmap, which includes soliciting input from internal stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, etc…) and external clients; Synthesize that input into a plan that meets team growth objectives
• Help senior leadership craft and execute a successful Employer vision and strategy
• Responsible for key OKRs for the Employer business and having a strong understanding of how those OKRs intersect with other organizational goals
• Formulate hypotheses, then design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate them
• Evolve the job search, discovery and application experience on Jobcase
• Build new products to connect Jobcase members and employers and provide a foundation for those employers to grow their presence within the Jobcase community
• Partner with Sales & Customer Success to create new marketing solutions and translate diverse client needs into new core product features and offerings
• Advance the Employer Product platform, which includes integrations with external systems, improvement of reporting and insights, optimization of employer campaign management, and automation of existing processes
• Constantly evaluate the external talent acquisition ecosystem, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies or develop new partnerships to drive Employer Product growth

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years experience working in an online B2B product organization with rapid development cycles; experience in lead generation, online media, or two-sided online marketplaces a plus
• Proven track record of understanding clients needs and turning those into scalable products
• Success in a metrics-driven environmentStrong analytical skills (SQL & Tableau experience strongly preferred) with the ability to turn customer and client data into actionable insights
• Able to understand and articulate a complicated ecosystem with multiple client personas and external systems
• Demonstrated creativity in client solutions
• Able to solicit direction from a broad range of stakeholders (sales, customer success, clients, internal stakeholders and senior management) and synthesize into a product roadmap backed by a sound decision making framework
