Associate Director Product Manager, Promotions
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking a strategic Associate Director Product Manager to lead and redefine promotions in our Boston, MA, Minneapolis, MN or Seattle, WA office. The team’s mission is to redefine the end-to-end promotion experience for our customers including capabilities that help Chewy deepen our relationships with pet parents through targeted and tailored offers, machine-learning capabilities and rich customer experience that delights pet parents. In this high impact role, you will own the vision and roadmap while working cross-functionally across design, engineering, business, marketing, and other product teams to deliver compelling end-to-end promotion experiences to Chewy’s customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for promotions capabilities across Chewy.
- Use your customer first mindset to set product visions and guide the development and delivery of best-in-class customer experiences.
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and superior communication skills; be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Lead cross-functionally with teams of designers, engineers, analysts, and marketers to deliver products and features with strong customer value.
- Cultivate and maintain a positive, inclusive, and upbeat culture that brings out the best in people.
- Monitor performance of your product(s) and measure impact of product enhancements; communicate impact clearly across the organization and use to drive prioritization.
- Communicate product strategy and status to key stakeholders across Chewy.
What You’ll Need:
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or similar discipline
- 8+ years of experience, 4+ in eCommerce or B2C Product Management.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, deliver, and scale high-impact products or services for eCommerce or B2C channels that deliver measurable customer & business benefit.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
- Demonstrated success in building a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation.
- Inspirational leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Position will require travel between Seattle and Boston at least twice per calendar year.
