Associate Director Product Manager (Pet Profile)
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking an Associate Director Product Manager to join the Pet Profile team in our Boston, MA or Seattle, WA office. Building on core Customer Account experiences, the Pet Profile team’s mission is to deliver compelling end-to-end experiences that wow and delight pet parents - growing and deepening relationships with pet parents and increasing their engagement across the suite of Chewy products. In this high impact role, you will own the vision and roadmap while working cross-functionally across design, engineering, business, marketing, and other product teams to deliver compelling Account and Pet Profile experiences. You will have a demonstrated flexibility and willingness to roll up your sleeves to lead the team through interesting challenges to deliver and iterate features at a fast pace. A start-up mentality is a must.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Customer Account and Pet Profile products & services.
- Use your customer first mindset to set product visions and guide the development and delivery of best-in-class customer experiences.
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and superior communication skills; be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Lead cross-functionally with teams of designers, engineers, analysts, and marketers to deliver products and features with strong customer value.
- Cultivate and maintain a positive, inclusive, and upbeat culture that brings out the best in people.
- Monitor performance of your product(s) and measure impact of product enhancements; communicate impact clearly across the organization and use to drive prioritization.
- Communicate product strategy and status to key stakeholders across Chewy.
What You’ll Need:
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or similar discipline
- 8+ years of experience, 5+ in eCommerce or B2C Product Management.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, deliver, and scale high-impact products or services for eCommerce or B2C channels that deliver measurable customer & business benefit.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
- Demonstrated success in building a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation.
- Inspirational leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Position will require travel between Seattle and Boston at least twice per calendar year.
Bonus:
- Fluency in SQL and/or Tableau.
