Our Growth & Product Advocacy team comes into play before or during a customer's evaluation journey, and serves as the product experts to help connect our solutions with their needs.
We need folks who are passionate about giving accurate, helpful information to our SMB users so they can make an informed decision. In turn, we provide our product and marketing teams with customer feedback to guide roadmap prioritization and messaging optimization.
The Product Advocacy Content Manager is a key member of the Growth & Product Advocates team and will report to the Senior Team Lead. You will be responsible for creating and managing demos plus other instructional product content to engage and support our SMB users.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $106,000 - $141,300
Zone B: $95,400 - $127,100
Zone C: $88,000 - $117,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

  • Develop and implement a strategy for SMB user-facing content. Measure the impact of content.
  • Create content (short-form videos, demos, webinars, in-product, etc.) on Atlassian's product suite. Bring your expertise and creativity to the role!
  • Work with marketing, support, product, and other teams to integrate demo content into broader strategies.
  • Utilize performance metrics and user feedback to improve content. Provide regular reports on metrics and insights.


Success Metrics:

  • Views: The number of views the content receives.
  • Engagement: The level of interaction and engagement with the content.
  • Trial Sign-ups: The number of trial sign-ups generated from the content.
  • Sales: The number of sales conversions resulting from the content.


  • 3+ years of experience creating instructional content, including demos, webinars, and other instructional content, in a B2B SaaS tech company.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to improve content strategy and improvements.
  • Desire to learn new technologies and products, to evolve as a technical expert for our customers.
  • Professional, positive attitude plus exceptional soft skills for both internal and external communication and collaboration.
  • Experience working with customers on complex software issues.
  • Experience with technical, product-driven SMB sales.
