You will partner closely with engineering and data science teams to build features and drive innovation across our platform, ensuring we deliver personalized, impactful messaging to our customers at scale.
If you are passionate about leveraging user-centric approaches to drive product adoption and growth, we would love to hear from you.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science) to execute on the roadmap
- Leverage data and experimentation to continuously improve product performance
- Lead efforts to integrate ML ranking systems for more personalized customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze key product metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
On your first day, we'll expect that you have:
- 7+ years of experience building high-quality, successful products and customer experiences, with a strong focus on advertising, recommendation, or messaging platforms.
- 3 + years of experience in messaging, notifications or email platforms
- Deep background in building platforms and incorporating ML
- Proven experience in product-led growth; prior people management experience is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing) and how to apply data-driven insights to improve product performance.
- Direct experience with machine learning ranking systems or personalization engines is highly preferred.
- Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problem spaces into clear, actionable strategies and execution plans.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to dive deep into metrics to assess the impact of product decisions.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, making rapid progress, and aligning diverse, opinionated stakeholders around a shared vision.
