Our expansion has created the need for a talented and experienced Systems Administrator join our Sales Operations Team. Your challenge:
Our new Systems Admin will help provide advanced custom reports and data extracts to our Senior Leadership Team. Your work will include supporting our Business Analyst with building out new functionality in Salesforce; all while balancing multiple ongoing projects and dealing with competing priorities and deadlines. Sound like fun?! Here are some things you will tackle:
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, territory management, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Scale internal systems to support a large sales team with a primary focus on pipeline velocity
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Communicate system changes to the users in advance so they understand the change and how to use it prior to implementation
- Develop, test, and deploy solutions and workflows within Salesforce based on industry and Salesforce best practices
- Work with our management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
- Ensure reporting is created and structured for our Senior Leadership Team
- Work on ad hoc projects as needed regarding additional sales tools
What you’ll need:
- BA or BS degree
- 3-5 years of relevant Salesforce Admin experience
- High attention to detail and the ability to identify data errors in reports
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High levels of initiative and the ability to work and organize time independently
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Bonus points if you have:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
