Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintaining of network infrastructure and equipment
  • Support deploying and managing Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Support validation of MDM solution for MAC and Windows base endpoints
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures that support Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
  • Assist in designing, deploying and managing backup and recovery solutions for Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
  • Assist designing, deploying and managing disaster recovery solutions for Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
  • Perform periodic disaster recovery tests to ensure a properly functioning disaster recovery environment exists
  • Create concise, well-written documentation for all deployed platforms and runbooks for disaster recovery solutions
  • Manage daily review of backup and recovery logs for all SaaS solutions
  • Manage Disaster Recovery and Backup Recovery project deadlines

Competencies:

  • Operational knowledge with SaaS solutions such as Office 365, Atlassian, Salesforce & Google GSuite
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
  • Ability to translate and communicate complex technical issues into common language
  • Collaborative, strong people skills
  • Strong relationship management with vendors and department heads
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  •  Excellent customer service mindset
  • Ability to interact with technical staff across multiple systems and disciplines; high degree of self-sufficiency, ownership, and pride in deliverables

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years operational experience in:
    • Designing, deploying and managing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
    • Designing, deploying and managing enterprise-class backup and recovery solutions Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
  • Experience managing SaaS solutions such as 0365, Google GSuite, Atlassian and Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
    •  Equivalent work experience can be substituted for college education

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
